Our animal and fish license has received the highest possible rating of 5 out of 5 stars from Medway Council. One accomplishment that we take great pride in is our decision to stop selling reptiles and small animals. This was done out of consideration for animal charities that are overwhelmed in our present circumstances. However, we do still sell budgies from time to time.

In addition to our complete line of feeds, we take pride in our selection of natural treats. We exclusively carry nutritious snacks and have banned all rawhide and other items considered unhealthy.

We provide both live and frozen feed options for reptiles, and our stock is replenished weekly to ensure freshness.

Our in-store loyalty program is renowned for its capability to grant you one point for each pound you spend, which you can then exchange for a five-pound discount on your purchases once you accumulate 200 points.
